See "Light-rail cars expected to arrive in Norfolk" from the Norfolk Virginian-Pilot.
In 1948, the last streetcar to run in Norfolk was No. 407. The first of two light-rail cars scheduled to arrive in the city today is expected to be No. 407. Each vehicle is about twice the length of a traditional bus. The vehicles’ cost, including spare parts, is $36 million. (Courtesy photo)
