Coming to Indiana--New York or Las Vegas?

In "Empire State replica: Honor or insult? N.Y.’s treasure our city’s junk," a local architect writes about a proposal for a strip mall development that is somewhat "Main Street"-looking but with an added "plus," a squat "replica" of the Empire State Building. He's not in favor.
