This would put all their owned and operated Fox Television stations--there are 17 in total--at risk for license challenges, just like how the old RKO television and radio station group broke up due to license challenges after parent company General Tire was convicted of criminal activity, in addition to other anti-competitive actions and misdeeds by RKO.
Fox's ability to broadcast programming as a network and on cable wouldn't be at risk because the way the licensing process works for radio and television stations is different.
