Concentrated Poverty and Rioting in the suburbs of Paris

For all the same reasons as experienced from time to time in the U.S., there is serious unrest--rioting or "rebellion" depending upon how you think about it--happening right now in the impoverished suburbs of Paris. Click here for a number of links to articles about this from the Washington Post.
