A flood of images

I keep asking myself as I’m driving around: Where is everybody? Where is our government? Is this really the best we can do? It’s not hard to understand why some residents believe there was a conspiracy to blow the levees and flood this section of town. — Paul Rogers

Op-Art: A Flood of Images is an artistic op-ed in today's New York Times, where a number of artists drew images of New Orleans places that are important to them.

Because of the anniversary of the Hurricane, virtually every news outlet has stories. I can't keep up.
