Definition of the day: itbys

Last week, I had a great meeting with a Ward 3 land use activist, and in discussing the various factions and explaining the context of the Wisconsin Avenue Corridor vis-a-vis the other neighborhoods, she referred to one group of people as "itbys," fully content for other areas to get steamrolled, because they were "nimbys" fine with putting X or Y or Z somewhere else.
