DC Pedestrian Master Plan

From David Goodman:

FYI: The District of Columbia has started work on its first ever Pedestrian Master Plan. Toole Design is the primary consultant on the project.

One of the Toole Design consultants leading the study works in the H Street NE neighborhood! And David, a resident of Brookland, is on the technical advisory committee.

From the Portland Pedestrian Design Guide.
