Eastern Avenue at Rhode Island Avenue, Washington, DC

Even though technically all of Eastern Avenue NE is considered part of the District of Columbia, the side of the street that is better scraped of snow was plowed by the City of Mount Rainier, Maryland, which borders DC at that point. Before 9:30 a.m. today, most of the residential streets in the City of Mount Rainier had been plowed.
