NY1 News Transit Beat

The NY1 cable news channel is completely different from News Channel 8 in our region. Of course, there are many stories, and much advertising revenue because of the centrality of NYC to media, as well as the population, in comparison.

NY1 has a dedicated transit reporter, Bobby Cuza, and many stories on transit--which makes sense since so many ride it. The reporting includes a weekend program, "In Transit: The Week In Review."
