Community wikis

I find these phenomena interesting. Cleveland had one for awhile, although it seems to be defunct. Hyattsville has had one for awhile, and now Riverdale Park, Maryland has launched a wiki as well. Given that it links to this blog, it's likely to become an authoritative source...
