Biodiesel is not a panacea either...

according to an article I was reading in Convenience Store News (I read stuff like that so you don't have to), it takes 40 gallons of restaurant "grease" to produce one gallon of biodiesel.

Despite the best efforts of the fast food industry, they aren't producing that much grease...
