In line with the idea of HealthyDC "stores" to provide initial medical, public health, management of chronic conditions, and fitness service delivery in DC neighborhoods, you could take the "Curves" concept (or Weight Watchers or TOPS--Taking Pounds Off Sensibly) to combine self-help, community building, and fitness training and regimens as a way to deliver weight management services within this concept.
