A different take on neighborhood parochialism and the urban villages of DC

This week, the Washington City Paper cover story is an alterna-take on DC neighborhoods. I don't agree with all the characterizations (i.e., putting Fort Lincoln, a 1970s urban renewal like housing complex, in with "Bungalowland") but it's interesting nonetheless.
