DO you suffer from SOV disorder?

Hampton Roads Transit has some nice tv/radio/online ads. One popped up in an article in the Norfolk Virginian-Pilot. It's part of their Dump the Pump campaign and day, June 18th, 2008. SOV stands for Single Occupant Vehicle automobile driver.
