Go (Paris) Greens!

I rail about absolute vs. relative improvement from time to time. E.g., is a Prius really better than a car if it's still a car... The Greens in Paris are opposing the Autolib carsharing program, using electric cars, proposed by Mayor Delanoe for launch because they say it promotes car use, which should not be promoted.
