Regional problems require regional citizenship

is an op-ed from the Hampton Roads Center for Civic Engagement, as published in the Norfolk Virginian Pilot.

A related entity is the Center for Regional Citizenship sponsored by the PBS-TV station WHRO. The CRC " provides "safe space" to discover common ground and explore solutions to regional issues and concerns."
