Snow plows being staged on southbound Blair Road, to clear the road in a "swarming" fashion

As you can see from the photo below, the snow plows had already done a similar "swarming," successfully, and cleared most of the snow from Blair Road north of Peabody Street NW, presumably to the DC-Maryland line.
