I don't understand what this promotional message has to do with trees

This is an billboard ad by DC's Department of Transportation as part of a program with the Clear Channel bus shelter advertising program (DDOT gets a number of free billboard ad placements as part of the contract).
I don't understand what "Night. Life" has to do with the city's tree canopy (DC DDOT billboard)
