Denver Post series on Colorado's "mental health care" crisis
A four-part series, it looks at availability of care, homelessness, and mentally ill children.
It's particularly apt given the recently released report on Adam Lonza, the Newton, Connecticut killer, and how one evaluation by a clinic affiliated with Yale University made a variety of recommendations that were ignored by both Nancy Lonza and the local school system, which probably accentuated his problems ("Adam Lanza's Mental Problems "Completely Untreated" Before Newtown Shootings, Report Says," New York Times).
