Portland historic replica streetcar

This car runs on the Portland Streetcar route on the weekends.

I have written that the DDOT Transit Future studies need to consider the cultural heritage tourism aspects of "Bringing Back the Streetcars" to DC, as an additional way to build value in a streetcar system, as well as to promote streetcar transit options to all those visitors to our fair city, who could then go back to their own hometowns as newly minted streetcar advocates.
