Speaking of perceptions...

The Bloomingdale blog alerts us to another blog that tells the story of walking five minutes to work from the New York Avenue Metro Station, rather than take the enclosed and managed "ride" of the work-provided shuttle bus from Union Station. Read the blog entry: "A Little New York In DC: Today I decided to take the metro to the New York Avenue stop instead of taking the shuttle from Union Station to work."
