From the Local Initiatives Support Corporation:

Experts Online: Creating the 'Right Mix' for Commercial Corridors, Aug. 1

On Tuesday, Aug. 1 at 2 p.m. ET, Local Initiatives Support Corp. will present an online discussion on creating the "right mix" of national chain stores and local small businesses on commercial corridors. Joe Getz, founder and general partner of JGSC Group, and Larry Kilduff, president and managing member of The Kilduff Company LLC, will discuss how to examine the consumer market to determine which retail categories are most sustainable, identify new retailers that will align well with existing retailers, and match potential retailers to possible locations. The session will also assess the pros and cons of regional and national retailers in a commercial corridor. For more information or to join the chat, click here.
