From "Caltrain: WiFi test works between Millbrae and Palo Alto":

Caltrain announced Monday that it has successfully tested a wireless broadband Internet access system on one of its trains running between Millbrae and Palo Alto at speeds of up to 79 miles per hour.

According to Caltrain officials, it is the first rail system in the country to successfully test broadband Internet access on trains moving that fast. Other rail systems have provided their riders with Internet access but at slower speeds.
