Video on the New Orleans Unified Planning effort

Both a professionally produced news story from WWL-TV and "user generated content" on YouTube.

One of the interviewees in the first video talks about being "prisoners of process." That's the case pretty much when people focus on unreasonable timelines and don't put enough energy and time into building the initial understanding and trust. The process gets doomed as a result I think...
