Board puts off fare hikes for SEPTA

from the Philadelphia Inquirer. I mention this just because many people complain about WMATA fares. But WMATA bus fares are among the cheapest of any major city. And the transfer policy the most liberal--at least now--bus to bus is free for 2 hours, in both directions. And the cost of a subway to bus transfer is only 35 cents.
