CNU DC's Walking Tour Series: Rockville Town Square

CNU DC as we kick off our 2007 walking tour series at Rockville Town Square. Federal Realty Investment Trust is sponsoring this event. Don Briggs, senior vice president of development for Federal Realty, will give a presentation of the project and lead us on a tour. Lunch will be provided during the presentation courtesy of Federal Realty and CNU DC. Therefore, the event will begin at 12:00 pm sharp.

Rockville Town Square is a mixed-use redevelopment project in the heart of downtown Rockville , Maryland. The project includes 644 luxury condominiums, 180,000 sq. ft. of shops and restaurants, a central plaza, the new 100,000 sq. ft. flagship Rockville Public Library, and the Arts and Innovation Center that is home to the Metropolitan Center for the Visual Arts. Additional planning and design information is available from the city of Rockville.

CNU DC member, you are entitled to one free walking tour this year. Chapter membership is $30 and may be paid at this event.
