Litter

St. Paul, even in "marginal" areas, had very little litter. Minneapolis was pretty clean too, although neighborhoods such as Lyndale and Uptown did have litter. But by comparison to the filthy streets that are too often the hallmark of the District of Columbia, I was impressed.
