1. The Suburban Life: A Gathering of Neighbors
The forces of global mobility that have spread Latino immigration throughout the U.S. have bestowed a mixed blessing across the New York region.

2. Neglecting Tourism
Connecticut cannot continue its policy of turning its back on the tourism industry and expect that the tourists, sooner or later, will not take notice.

3. Paralysis on Affordable Housing
Unless New Jersey can build new homes that workers can afford to buy, many businesses and the jobs they provide will locate elsewhere.
