Part of Toronto's Luminato Festival, a festival of Arts and Creativity, involves a public sculpture component. See "Luminato goes public with art installations" from the Toronto Star. Rather than just being in one place, Luminato is all over town, and this is demonstrated through the public art and sculpture component. I like the "cheekiness" of the installation, such as this one placed in one of the entryways to Toronto's Old City Hall.
