Northwest Public Library, NW 23rd Avenue, Portland

The library, at a prominent location at the corner of NW Thurman and 23rd Avenues respects its streetside location by fully utilizing the windows for displays. This promotes the library and also adds to the street vitality by joining in on utilizing the "retail" windows for great displays.
