Finds that leisure usage on weekends is the greatest source of use--except that the study was of a small number of users. Probably analysis of a program in a city such as Oslo or Lyon would have been a lot more informative. (Smart Bicycles in an Urban Area: Evaluation of a Pilot Scheme in London)

In any event, the point should be to develop marketing and promotion programs by segment, when the program by Adshel is launched in DC.
