Washington Gateway project cancelled

See "Peterson quits Washington Gateway project in D.C." from the Washington Business Journal. Although I think this is in part related to the fact that as a company, Peterson Companies is more focused on suburban properties (Downtown Silver Spring, National Harbor, Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg).
