Keep Pittsburgh Moving campaign important but not that interesting
I have mentioned public transit related planning processes and campaigns in St. Louis (Moving Transit Forward), Chicago (Moving Beyond Congestion), and Toronto as being particularly good.
There is a new effort in Pittsburgh, KeepPGHMoving, but judging by the website, it is mostly focused on influencing legislators.
Still, this graphic, "Traffic Trouble: How Transit Cuts Will Affect Your Daily Commute" from the Pittsburgh City Paper, about the impact of cuts to public transit on trip time and congestion, is truly fabulous.
