More stuff to do: #1 Washington Area Bicycle Association "regional summit"

(While I don't think the topics are that relevant--at least for the most part, they aren't the most important issues right now--to a conference on "regional" bike issues--which will be the subject of another entry at some point) Tomorrow, there is a regional summit on biking issues, which will be held in Arlington County.
