Books on the housing market

I happened upon the most recent issue, Winter 2019,  of Democratic Left, the publication of the Democratic Socialists of America, and its books page focused on interrogations of capital in the housing market.  Capital City has been on my list of books to read for awhile...

(An out of print planning history classic along the same vein is Planning the Capitalist City.)
