S***** Neighborhood Rallies Against A****** Developer

In the late 1990s when I worked in television, I had a tv entertainment concept show about DC that was part Melrose Place and part West Wing (although not focused on the Executive Branch) that I called "Capitol Streets." Unfortunately, lousy shows like "The Monroes" and a show called "D.C." with Mark-Paul Gosselaar (from "Saved by the Bell"), not to mention "The District" with Craig T. Nelson, and truth being stranger than fiction during the Clinton Adminstration doomed the concept at that time.
