(No more blogging today, and too much transportation..., but then it's not one or the other, transportation and land use planning need to be intertwined.)

The idea of "drive until you qualify (for a mortgage)," by failing to take into account the cost of transportation, is very limiting. The Location Efficient Mortgage should be the standard protocol for mortgage financing.
